July 2020: I’m now an ‘Insights Discovery’ Practitioner
I am very excited (‘Sunshine Yellow’ colour energy!) to be able to say that I am now a fully qualified Insights Discovery Practitioner.
With ‘Insights Discovery’ I can help people understand themselves and their colleagues so that they can have more respectful, productive and positive working relationships, even across virtual boundaries.
Let me know if you’d like:
- Individuals to understand their own and others’ virtual communication preferences
- People to connect better with their colleagues to improve collaboration
- A common language to help people overcome challenges and conflict
May 2020: The Covid19 Lockdown
It has been a testing time for everyone, and I feel very fortunate to have been able to continue working with some dynamic and agile clients to help deliver L&D to meet unique needs. Now, perhaps more than ever, is a time to focus on what motivates us and our colleagues, and Motivational Maps has proved to be an invaluable tool for exploring all things motivation.

Whoop! Whoop! After several weeks of study and practise I’ve just been accredited to use ‘Motivational Maps’, a fantastic tool that helps individuals and Teams identify their key drivers in work and life. It’s a great way of increasing understanding of how we make decisions, deal with change, approach learning and generally make sense of our world. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
